Nottingham’s Arboretum is set to come alive with the spirit of the 30th Nottingham Green Festival on Sunday, 10th September 2023. From 12 pm to 6 pm, this iconic event celebrates not only the beauty of green living but the power of community.
Organised by dedicated grass roots community volunteers, this not-for-profit festival flourishes without statutory funding. A legacy that has its roots in the Nottingham Peace Festival, the Green Festival holds firm to its commitment towards ethical standards, sustainability, environmental awareness, and human and animal rights.

The Rainbow Hospice provide vital services for children with life limiting conditions and their families to get through hard times. We are very proud that Carla (aka Cherry Twirls) is taking part in the “Rainbows Online Family Friendly Wellbeing Festival” to ensure that this fantastic organisation can keep on doing their great and important work.
It is a fun and action pact online event with lots of activities. Everything from yoga and pottery, music and creative writing, gardening and mindfulness and an online, beginner friendly hula hoop workshop provided by Carla form Cirucs Wunderbar (This workshop is scheduled to take place on Wednesday 27th May at 11am).
